How it all started
In 2020, founders Jamie and Rosie discovered they had a unified vision to not only create a holistic in-home hospice business, but to transform the culture around end-of-life care.
Jamie and Rosie felt a fierce responsibility to change the numerous missing pieces they saw when it came to society’s relationship with the end of life. Why aren’t people comfortable talking about and preparing for the one inevitable piece of life’s journey? What services do we not normally see in hospice care, but would make all the difference ? How can we bring hospice care to the underserved communities? What does inclusive care look like for such a diverse city like ours?
They both desired to empower and educate others, and are advocates of regarding end-of-life as sacred, peaceful, and full of dignity. Even in this final season, life isn’t about survival, but about quality living.
As they continued to cultivate their strategic vision for hospice care, a license opened up. Having grown a powerful partnership, it was time to start something new. It was time to shake up the hospice care industry!

Meet our team
Chief executive officer
Jamie Hunt, RN, MN
Jamie is an innovative entrepreneur and a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota.
Her decade of experience in the ICU setting has shown her how advanced medicine is now able to extend life beyond what was only imagined before. These experiences also helped her discover her passion for changing the conversation around end-of-life care in her community in order to empower the families she serves to help them decide when it is time to let go and look for other more loving alternatives.
Midwest at heart, Jamie and her family have been calling sunny San Diego their home since 2016. In her free time, Jamie loves adventures with her family, yoga, dancing, long walks, reading historical fiction, and helping others navigate chaos with mindfulness. She thrives off of open conversations, and per her desire to always be growing, is also learning to play the piano.

Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
60 mins | $300 | Get started
Psychiatric session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
50 mins | $200 | Get started
Acupuncture session
In-person only, this session helps alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
